Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you full command over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new email box in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect electronic mails from one email account to another, configure email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your email boxes against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box you want to forward messages from, then choose the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
